The staff are courteous and professional. We learned quite a bit in the process to ensure the appropriate coverage. Additionally, West Florida Insurance saved us money while giving us peace of mind!

I have never been so happy with an insurance company before. From literally saving thousands of dollars a year, to being treated like family from Melissa's professional staff every detail is covered. The 1st policy that we started with was for car insurance. Saving my daughter over$1000.00! Then our home owners insurance which saved us around $2000/year. If you are looking for a company that will look after your best interest you have found it! I have to update this review! Melissa made sure we had flood insurance even though we are not in a flood zone. After there not being any issues for 13 years that crazy storm in June 2024 flooded us. I was in the phone with her that night and she set the ball rolling. We have been paid and out renovation complete.

I have known and worked with Melissa for several years. She is my insurance person and I have recommended her to many people. Her knowledge of the industry is exhaustive and she and her staff do an excellent job of providing great customer service (phone calls actually get returned!) and providing insurance products that meet my needs and my clients' needs at reasonable prices. Any questions that I have had about my policies are answered in an expeditious manner. I cannot recommend Melissa and West Florida Insurance highly enough.

Have had great experience with Melissa. If she doesn't know the answer to your insurance question, she knows someone who does, and she is full of advice for getting the best coverage while not hurting the pocket too much. I appreciate her advice on my workers comp!
